Majestic Imperial Project - Primorye Is Getting Another Luxurious Hotel And Casino

In the Primorsky Territory, the project of the hotel and entertainment complex with the casino Imperial is planned to be built on the territory of the integrated entertainment resort Primorye by the fall of 2020.

The new project designed in the eclectic architectural style characteristic for Russia, is expected to cost more than 250 million US dollars.

Vice-governor of Primorsky, Krai Konstantin Bogdanenko, noted that the project of the entertainment resort Primorye is of great importance for the development of tourism, which is one of the most priority areas of this region.

“The entertainment facilities that are being created in the territory of the Primorye resort are an example of introducing the best tourist practices from all over Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. The resort, which after 2025 will bring to the budget of the Primorsky Territory at least 3.5 billion rubles annually, promises to be not only the largest tourism project in the Russian Far East but also the center of attraction of millions of tourists to the Primorsky Territory,” said Bogdanenko.

Russia recently announced its plan to implement a much tougher series of laws regarding all facets of gambling, meaning that the building and operation of the new casino will be under the watchful eye of the state.

“It is important that in addition to the hotel and casino, the project should include entertainment facilities. The idea of the Primorye tourist resort is that family guests with children, older people, and young people can relax there,” he said.

By the reports of the Diamond Fortune company, the concept developers took into the growing needs of tourists every year, their requests to the level of comfort, service, variety of entertainment, which are steadily growing.

Thus, in addition to the casino, the project of the complex includes an upscale restaurant, food court with Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Italian cuisines, night club, SPA area with a 25-meter pool and two VIP zones, shopping areas with brand stores.
