QTech Announces Epic Media Merger Completion

QTech Games has announced that the major merger with Epic Media is being finalized. The former will now focus on cementing its platform’s position for taking its iGaming content to regulated emerging markets across multiple territories.

The of reseller agreement state that every component of QTech’s digital offering, including slots, table games and instant win games, virtual sports and live casino games will be made available.

Representatives from the company, which recently signed a content deal with OneTouch, say that they are thrilled about finalizing this important merger with Epic and that they are excited about combining their experience and expertise.

Milestone Merger

Markus Nasholm, chairman of the board at QTech, commented on the merger agreement and said: “We’re thrilled to have finalised this milestone merger with Epic Media, and delighted to have the combined experience and expertise of Staffan and Ulf on board. To have two of the most successful people in the gambling QTech Games is a ringing endorsement of all our team’s hard work in recent years.”
