Michigan Lottery, confirming its position as a leading force in the U.S. iLottery space. The newly signed six-year contract—set to begin in July 2026—grants Aristocrat Interactive the opportunity to deliver its full suite of iLottery products and services to one of the country’s most established digital lottery programs.
The arrangement includes options for six one-year extensions beyond the initial term. It builds on a decade-long collaboration that began in 2014, when the Michigan Lottery first launched its iLottery platform in partnership with NeoGames, now operating as part of Aristocrat Interactive.
Under the of the deal, the Michigan Lottery will gain access to eInstant games, draw-based titles, and additional content produced by NeoGames Studio™, the creative arm of Aristocrat Interactive. The lottery will also continue using the company’s established technology solutions, which include:
The agreement also includes the development of a new website and mobile applications via Gambyt, a software firm with expertise in the lottery, casino, and sports betting sectors. In addition, Aristocrat Interactive will manage CRM initiatives, customer , payments, third-party integrations, and compliance operations, while continuing to offer solutions for responsible gameplay.
Commenting on the new partnership, Suzanna Shkreli, Commissioner of the Michigan Lottery, said: “This collaboration is a sign of our commitment to being a leader in the iLottery space and a win for players and public education in Michigan as we look to further enhance our offerings, deliver an entertaining iLottery experience, and drive incremental revenue to the School Aid Fund.”

Michigan was among the first U.S. states to introduce eInstant games, and it consistently ranks as a top performer in of total iLottery sales and sales per capita.
The Michigan contract marks Aristocrat Interactive’s second consecutive U.S. win for digital lottery services, expanding its iLottery customer base in North America to eight jurisdictions. The company also recently entered the Mexican market through a deal with Logifuture, signaling its growing international ambitions.
