ESA Gaming Strikes Deal with Betway to Expand Its Reach Across Several African Markets!

NBA franchise, Cleveland Cavaliers, has got the official online gambling partner in Betway, that has signed a multi-year deal with the former league champion.
As per the agreement, Betway will be appearing on Cavaliers’ broadcast visible signage during the home games, and also on the out of bounds space on the court’s surface.
Betway will also be present on all of team’s official social media and digital channels, as well as be their official partner of the CavsHQ TV program on Fox Sports Ohio.
Cleveland Wheelchair Cavaliers will also get Betway as their ing partner.
Says Anthony Werkman, Betway’s CEO:
“We are honoured to enter into a partnership deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs have proved to be one of the most consistent and exciting teams in the NBA in recent years and we’re looking forward to seeing the Betway brand associated with them.”
While sports betting is not yet legal in Ohio, this partnership will introduce a game that if free to play, Betway Big Pick, giving the fans a chance to win cash prizes during season’s every week.
Senior vice president for global partnerships in Cleveland Cavaliers, Shelly Cayette, said that sports gaming is a rapidly growing industry and that makes them excited to bring Betway Big Pick to their fans.
Cayette added:
“We’re proud to partner with one of the preeminent platforms in this space, Betway, and help bolster their presence and connectivity throughout the Cleveland market and across our global fanbase.”
In January, Ohio reported record-breaking numbers that reflected the best ever performance by the state when it comes to generating revenues from 100 casinos.
$167 million in revenue was made, which amounts to a 19% boost compared to January the previous year.
As for NBA, it has become something of a norm to finalize partnerships with betting brands as sports betting everywhere is taking hold. In October, Yahoo did the same.
