Canada to Launch Cascades Casino Delta Until 2021

Canada is looking to enrich its gaming offer with an additional casino venue. The state’s company, Gateway Casino & Entertainment, will be the operator of the new venue and players will have an opportunity to enjoy an increased level of excitement. The company currently holds 12 casino venues in British Colombia and Alberta and represents one of the leading groups in Canada. However, Delta residents will still have to wait for the official launch of the new casino.

More About Casino Construction

Reputable Canadian company, Gateway Casino and Entertainment, has just announced its plan to merge with Leisure Acquisition Corp and develop a public enterprise worth about $1.5 billion. During the investors’ meeting, the company has disclosed a deadline for the Cascades Casino Delta opening.

The extravagant property will be situated at the former Delta Town & Country Inn location in Ladner. It will stretch over 40,000 square-foot space while offering 600 slot options and 30 table chance. Additionally, the visitors will have an opportunity to enjoy Match Eatery & Public House, a buffet, Atlas Steak as well as the Fish restaurant.

Commenting on the casino facilities, Director of public relations, Tanya Gabara mentioned:

“We are working on the extensive land preparation and expect construction of the building to begin in early 2020. It has been our experience with projects such as this that it is best to open all of the amenities at once as opposed to a phased approach. As such, it is our plan to adjust the projected opening so that all the spectacular amenities of Cascades Casino Delta are ready for guests at the grand opening.”

The company has previously planned a grand opening for late 2020. However, the visitors will have to wait for a while to relish the unique offering.

Intentions

According to the words of Tanya Gabara, Gateway is looking to continue the cooperation with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) to decide on casino layout and content.

At the moment, there are about 4000 adults ed for gambling in Delta and all around the region. It allows the casino officials to hope for a good interest of potential customers. Additionally, Delta property will be beneficial for the southern area around the Fraser River.

British Columbia Lottery Corporation authorized the project during 2018 but the local Ministry of Transportation didn’t approve the construction until last spring. It is yet to be seen what benefits the new casino will bring to the entire Delta area and how the customers will accept the new possibilities.
