Ezugi Receives Certification from Lithuanian GSA

Provider of live gaming studios in Europe, America and Asia, Ezugi, has realized the next step in expanding its presence on the global market by securing a game certificate to operate in Lithuania.

As part of the Evolution Gaming Group since January 2019, the supplier is also among the first live dealers to launch in the territory, ensuring a steady presence on the iGaming scene.

To launch its title suite with several operators in the weeks, Ezugi first received certification from the Lithuanian Gambling Supervisory Authority (LGSA). Among the forthcoming products are live blackjack, recently launched jackpot roulette with player retention properties and baccarat versions, as well as a range of other releases and variants, expected to go live shortly.

A Jurisdiction with Tremendous Potential

According to the press release, Lithuanian certification comes right after the official approval from authorities on the Isle of Man, as well as Estonia and Bulgaria. Ezugi is confident that its efforts to expand in the region are based on the enormous potential of the market, as live casino continues to grow in popularity with players around the globe. In addition, the recent certification became valid only after successfully meeting test standards.

Pang Goh, the company’s business development director said about the expansion into the Lithuanian market:

Last year, Evolution negotiated the acquisition of Ezugi for an initial consideration of $12 million. The company later included a potential additional offer of up to $6 million.

Back in April, Ezugi reached another successful content distribution agreement with GrooveGaming, extending its live casino portfolio with a fast-growing and reputable brand.
