Supreme Court's Decision Impacts Florida's Online Sports Betting Regulations

The state of Florida has enriched its architectural heritage by opening a massive guitar-shaped hotel and casino in Hollywood, a city between Fort Lauderdale and Miami on the east coast.
With its 450 feet height and famous Gibson guitar shape, the Seminole Hard Rock property managed to defy current standards in construction, bringing visitors from across the globe to South Florida to ire it.
Thanks to the enormous capacities of 638 rooms, it is clear why it took the Seminole so long to build such a demanding venue. The whole project is estimated at $1.5 billion and it is even observable from distant places, such as the neighboring Ft. Lauderdale or while on an airplane. At night, the structure is defined by a unique light show, mimicking the strings of a guitar.
At the venue’s inaugural night, both concert and event halls were flooded with visitors who came to see popular music bands such as Maroon 5, Post Malone, as well as Billy Joel, American singer-songwriter and Sting, English musician.
It is also widely known that Hard Rock International is not tied to any particular artist, although the brand established collaboration with Gibson and Jimmy Page back in the day.
CEO of the world-famous restaurant company, whose headquarters is in Davie, Florida, James F. Allen, commented:
“The idea was to offer a generic guitar – not one tied to any particular artist, even though Hard Rock has established relationships with Gibson and Jimmy Page. The Hard Rock brand is stronger today than it ever has been,” adding that the brand represents more than food, beverage and a place to stay.
Aside from the new Hard Rock guitar hotel in Hollywood, the entertainment company is spending $2.2 billion for the construction of another venue in Tampa. This larger expansion is set to create additional 19,000 direct and indirect jobs, as well as to draw thousands of visitors to Florida and boost its economy.
The property in Hollywood also features 168 guestrooms, exclusive swim-up suites with direct entrance to the pool, as well as restaurants, shops, and a gambling area.
In the past months, Hard Rock International made several important business decisions to enhance brand awareness, like partnering with Invicta Watch Company to launch watches fit for a rock star and issued a Bahamas Strong T-shirt to benefit hurricane Dorian relief efforts.
