Residents of Sacramento will soon get their destination of gambling purveyance, as the highly-anticipated, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino venue, plans to it its first punters and guests sometime during the fall of 2019!
This week, a ceremony was held at Fire Mountain (the exact location of the future facility) as part of celebrations of the partnership between The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock owners and Enterprise Rancheria.
The festive event was also held due to an important milestone in construction reached…
…as the very last beam was elevated to the structure’s top, prior to which it was signed by of the tribe. Hard Rock Entertainment representatives hailed construction workers’ incredible efforts.
The venue, situated in North Sacramento Valley, will be unlike anything this region of California has seen thus far…
…it will boast a massive gaming space with over 1,800 slot machines and table games, a string of diverse bars and restaurants, an outdoor pool, large conference and meeting space – and, of course, a hotel with an undisclosed number of suites as of yet.
Enterprise Rancheria Tribal Chaiperson, Glenda Nelson, said that the symbolic lifting of the final beam is a great day for the tribe, community, workers, customers and business partners.
“Partnering with Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe is a real game changer with their world-recognised brand, commitment to quality experiences across a full spectrum of hospitality and entertainment options, and unique corporate values make them a dream partner for us.”
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain President, Mark Birtha, commented:
“I want to thank everyone involved in this momentous development. It is such an incredible feeling of pride and excitement seeing it coming to life,” adding he is certain that the property will be region’s landmark and a worthy representative of a Hard Rock brand.
Mirroring several similar business deals agreed between major sports leagues or teams and gambling operators, the city’s only major professional team – NBA’s Sacramento Kings – have formed an alliance with MGM Resorts, Las Vegas-based entertainment leviathan.
Their partnership includes a contribution by Xperiel software company that will come up with a special app, “Call the Shot,” which will elevate player engagement and immersion.
Fans will be able to make their game outcome predictions as well as performance by individual players. This will be the basketball league’s first-ever “high frequency predictive gaming.”
Kings’ chairman, Vivek Ranadive, commented: “The future is experiential and we are proud to lead the way in continuing to redefine the fan experience with this innovative and interactive platform.”
