JACK Entertainment Expands Sports Betting and Online Gambling With GAN

UG gaming group JACK Entertainment has employed services of technology provider, Game Network (GAN), for launch of sports betting and online gambling platform. The two entities already have an ongoing partnership, this is merely the expansion of the same.

JACK is receiving GAN’s services for simulated online gaming. They are currently operating in Ohio, Kentucky and Maryland and, should regulatory climate allow it, the company wants to be ready to deploy real money betting and gambling.

Waiting For Positive Regulatory News

The Enterprise Platform, distributed by GAN to Detroit-headquartered, JACK, contains an iBridge Framework that links with their new partner’s casino management system. The infrastructure of this platform is completely deployed from Ohio.

JACK’s annual revenue is within the range of $800 million. They have 4,000 employees and they own facilities in Cincinnati, Baltimore and Cleveland.

GAN’s Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Berman, has said that after a completion of a formal and highly competitive process, they are delighted to win JACK’s mandate that envelops online gambling and sports betting, if the Ohio legislation favors it.

This moves GAN into a new state with an existing client of Simulated Gaming and once again demonstrates the strategic value of GAN’s technology platform which offers clients the ability to build an online community of Simulated Gaming players well in advance of real money internet gambling regulation,” he added.

USA’s Market Driving GAN Forward

In an official statement…

…GAN pointed out that this deal showcases the “strategic value of establishing relationships through simulated gaming with US casinos in advance of relevant intra-state US regulation of real money internet gambling.”

The company is already deploying real money products and services in Pennsylvania and New Jersey . Furthermore, the company boasts with the 145% rise in revenue in 2019’s H1, mostly due to US success.

Meanwhile, Ohio recently saw the introduction of a new bill that could regulate sports betting vertical in this state.

JACK’s vice president of sports and digital gaming said:

“JACK Entertainment is excited to take this important step with GAN. Should enabling legislation which authorises sports wagering or online gaming, we feel confident we will be well positioned to deliver best in class products for our guests.”

Deal With Playson

The details of this deal include games such as Book of Gold: Double Chance and Wild Warriors, as well as Wild Burning Wins: 5 Lines.

Playson’s Business Development Manager, Lars Kollind, declared that GAN’s host of well-known brands is enticing to all developers. He added that introduction of their games at WinStar Casino is merely the beginning of another expansion.
