Kindred's Unibet Forms Casino Product Alliance in New Jersey With Hard Rock Atlantic City

Kindred Group, global online gaming operator, has unveiled its flagship brand, Unibet, in New Jersey, making their first commercial appearance in USA’s most successful online gaming state.

From now on, punters in Jersey will be having access to “first-class casino products in a safe and secure environment.” Kindred’s official press release makes mention of “exceptional sports betting products” being unleashed soon through their alliance with Kambi.

Fruit’s of Last Year’s Labor

This entry to the market of NJ is secured with last year’s Casino Service Industry Enterprise License obtainment, together with Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City.

Promising a “first-class casino experience” to customers there…

…the agreement was added to the one with Scientific games’ SG Digital branch in relation to player management platform. The alignment with Kambi provides access to a sport betting platform in New Jersey.

A First Announcement in Line

Kindred US senior vice president, Manuel Stan, remarked on this venture:

“We are thrilled to announce that Kindred can now offer New Jersey customers a truly great gambling experience on a top technology platform in a sustainable, safe and secure environment. We have been preparing for this first and important step very thoroughly for a long time, and we are excited to take another step into what will most likely become the largest betting market in the world.”

He concluded by saying that Kindred has always put the customer at the heart of operations and ensuring that they can enjoy gambling is a crucial mission for them.

A Setback and a Bounceback

In late April, Kindred suffered a major blow in Norway where one of their subsidiaries, Trannel International, was ordered to terminate all of their operations in this country…

…due to violation of state gambling rules which prompted the Norwegian Gaming Authority to forbid them to conduct any business in this Scandinavian nation.

The full indictment against them is that Trannel was operating sites such as Maria Casino, BingoLottstift and Storspiller illegally, since Norsk Tipping is the only licensed operator that can offer iGaming services in this country. Due to running a business without a license, they have been banned indefinitely.

However…

…a bit of good news came in May, when another noteworthy agreement was conceived with Wazdan.
