Though crowded with companies and content, the gaming industry still has an eye to recognize those who put extra effort in delivering top-quality products and professional services. The Swedish gaming industry decided to award companies which provide a significant contribution to the market there…
…and this year’s winner in the Customer Satisfaction category was Mr Green!
There are three categories covered by this significant acclaim: Sustainability, Leadership and Customer Satisfaction. The brand was shortlisted in all three of them, which shows that the industry knows and values their efforts.
If there’s a short way to summarize the company’s approach, they use multi-faceted insights to players. As pointed out in the event’s official entry:
“In a digital environment, everyone knows everything about the customer, but is the insight used to the players or to drive profits? Through Green Gaming, Mr Green has chosen to serve their players on an individual level and shown measurable positive results. With a green approach, even players taking a loss become winners.”
Insisting on fairness and social and individual responsibility, they strive hard to deliver the best: this fast-growing, innovative operator is a part of MRG, which was founded in 2007. MRG operates not only Mr Green but more gaming sites such as Redbet, Winning Room, MamaMiaBingo and several more. It holds multiple licenses and operates in 13 markets.
In January this year, William Hill, another reputable name in the industry, acquired the group. Commenting on this outstanding accolade, Rikard Rinaldo, Green’s Communicator Director, says:
“Without the customers, we are nothing! Being named Sweden’s best gaming company for the most satisfied customers based on the criteria of responsibility and gaming experience shows that what we do within Green Gaming is the right way forward in an evolving industry. We are very happy about this award.”
Among other winners from the three remaining categories, Svenska Spel, won the one in Sustainability for Proactive Calls. They were also nominated for the same one as Green. As for leadership excellence, Zenita Strandanger & Monica Medvall were awarded.
The goal of this customer satisfaction award is to highlight and acknowledge initiatives that have shown courage and innovation for sustainable development in this ever-growing industry. Having in mind that digital development moves much faster than legalization…
…which leads to increased gambling problems.
That’s why they want to show that positive role models should be celebrated and serve as an example for others to follow in their steps. Awarding individuals and groups which give significant contribution is a fine way to gain the public’s trust in the industry.
